Beautiful wooded lot located on a protected deep water cove just off the main lake. High elevation on part of the lot allows for a building location to overlook the cove and out into the main lake. Located south of the big HWY 21/6 bridge and across the lake from Cypress Point Resort, this puts you in a great area to fish both the mid lake areas of the lake near Palo Gaucho, Carrice Creek, Lowes Creek, Negreet and a short boat ride to get farther south around the Indian Mounds, Housen Bay and Six Mile creeks. Come build your dream home now.
