Toledo Bend Lake Fishing Report from TPWD (Aug. 21)

Water murky; 86–90 degrees; 6.49’ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon Rat–L–Traps and soft plastic worms. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on pet spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs at night. Bream are good on crickets and nightcrawlers. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live bait, stinkbait, and nightcrawlers. Yellow catfish are slow.
