Toledo Bend Lake Fishing Report from TPWD (May 20)

FAIR. Water slightly stained; 74 degrees; 0.32’ low. Largemouth bass remain good, and Carolina rigs continue to be our best approach to catching post-spawn bass. We continue to have a decent topwater and wacky rig bite. Striped bass remain fair in deep water using boat instruments to find schools. White bass are fair on deep points fishing Alabama rigs. Crappie are good on minnows even after the front catching 40-50 a day. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait.
