Our 3,000 sq. ft. waterfront custom lodge was constructed in 2010 on 3 acres of beautiful waterfront property overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. The Lodge features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a home theatre with surround sound, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious family room, utility room with washer and dryer, a 420 sq. ft. covered porch, and a large private fire pit. Perfect for large family and multi-family vacations, reunions, retreats etc. Sleeps 10; Maximum Occupancy is 12.

We are situated on a hot fishing spot known as the Chicken Coop. This deep stretch of the Sabine River has developed a reputation of producing unbelievable numbers of bass and crappie. Bring your boat to enjoy fishing and water fun on this beautiful lake. We are conveniently located are between 2 boat ramps - walking distance.

Enjoy on site activities: Volleyball, horse shoes, a large private fire pit for evening fun, and watch the eagles fly overhead.

Toledo Bend Lake Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 20)

GOOD. Mostly clear; 54-56 degrees; 2.43’ low. Black bass are good working a lot of types of water and depths depending on conditions. Warm afternoons move bass shallower between 12 feet and lesson structure. Below 12 feet down to 24 feet, use your crankbait to search. Worms, bass jigs, crankbait, and sometimes buzzbait are best. White bass are fair with lots of movement over brush as the winter spawn starts to begin. Crappie are good, favoring jigs over brush around 16 feet. Bream are good with small jigs and crickets. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait.
